MARKETING CONSENT & COMMERCIAL ELECTRONIC MESSAGE INFORMATION TEXT

In accordance with Law No. 6563 on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce ("Law No. 6563") and relevant legislation, commercial electronic messages refer to messages with data, voice, and visual content sent electronically for commercial purposes using means such as telephone, call centers, fax, automated calling machines, smart voice recorder systems, electronic mail, and short message service (SMS).
Commercial electronic messages can only be sent to recipients with their prior consent. Messages cannot be sent to recipients who do not have active consent on the Commercial Electronic Message Management System ("İYS"). This consent may be obtained in writing, through any electronic communication tools, or via İYS. Consents obtained via İYS include an affirmative declaration of intent and the user's electronic communication address. Recipients may opt out of receiving commercial electronic messages at any time, without providing any justification. The recipient's opt-out notification invalidates the consent for the specific communication channel used. Recipients may also exercise their right to opt out through İYS.
If a recipient provides their contact information for the purpose of being contacted, separate consent is not required for commercial electronic messages regarding changes, usage, and maintenance related to the provided goods or services.
Prior consent is not required for commercial electronic messages sent to the electronic contact addresses of recipients who are merchants or tradespeople. However, if merchant or tradesperson recipients exercise their right to opt out as specified in the relevant legislation, commercial electronic messages cannot be sent without obtaining their consent. In this context, before sending messages, the electronic contact addresses of merchant or tradesperson recipients are registered in İYS by the service provider, and checks are performed via İYS to verify whether the recipient has exercised their right to opt out.
In accordance with Law No. 6563 and relevant legislation, within the scope of services offered by VANGELIZA TEKSTİL SANAYİ VE DIŞ TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ ("Company"), based on the information provided by you through our website www.vangeliza.com.tr and mobile applications, if you give your consent, you may be contacted via any communication tool (such as SMS, e-mail, telephone, fax, call center, etc.) for all kinds of informational, promotional, advertising, product offering, promotional campaign, satisfaction evaluation, and announcement purposes.
Please note that even if you consent to the delivery of commercial electronic messages under Law No. 6563 and relevant legislation, you may opt out of receiving commercial electronic messages at any time, without providing any reason. Opt-out notifications can be submitted easily, free of charge, and through the same communication channel via which the commercial electronic message was delivered. You may also exercise your right to opt out through İYS.

By approving this declaration, I hereby acknowledge, declare, and undertake that:
- I give my explicit consent to the Company, in accordance with Law No. 6563 and relevant legislation, to contact me via any communication channel (such as SMS, e-mail, telephone, fax, call center, etc.) using my name, surname, and contact details provided to the website or mobile application, for the purposes of informing, promoting, advertising, presenting product offers, managing promotional campaigns, conducting satisfaction evaluation studies, and sending announcements within the scope of services provided by the Company;
- In the event of any changes to my contact information, I will notify the Company in writing and provide a new updated declaration containing my current information;
- I am informed that the consent I have granted is fully revocable, and accordingly, I can submit my opt-out request to the Company easily, free of charge, and via the same communication channel through which the message was sent, or exercise my right to opt out through İYS.
